The Playoffs will consist of 4 rounds with a designated number of participants reaching each round through raising funds for Dad's House. If any round fails to have enough participants complete the round, it will be canceled and playoffs terminated. No further prizes will be awarded. All funds will still be donated and retained by Dad's House. Any participant that may have qualified for the canceled round will receive a token of appreciation from Dad's House for their efforts. If name, address and email is collected, every donation can receive a tax deductible receipt.

All participants must register with Dad's House accounting department. Registration will include name, address, email address and phone number. Register at accounting@dadshouseinc.com

Registration is open until October 30 or until 16 participants reach $1,000. No Dad's House board members or anyone residing in their household may enter this charity event. Dad's House does not have employees.
